The normal radio broadcasts of television or radio that are being diluted have very little power, special radio broadcasts that have already been broadcast would be captured, the last one I think was towards the polar star from powerful radio telescopes, those powerful emissions could be captured and also the emissions that are sent for radar radar emissions to see the shape of asteroids, those are also powerful emissions, for example, perhaps some other powerful military mission, but what are the television programs, luckily, you are not going to see them.

A curious paradox could be posed, to imagine that it could be understood that a technological civilization with a technology a little better than ours, that is, that did not have interstellar ships, I mean, but that had radio telescopes and could capture our films, our television series and watched Star Wars for example or all these series about science fiction, would be able to differentiate reality from fiction, from the fantasies of our films they would believe that what they are seeing is real, that for example Star Trek is real and that it turns out that there is a confederation of planets and that the Earth talk about a confederation of planets and to imagine that they could believe it, it is something curious, if they had that concept of fantasy that we humans have but if they don't and if they think that what they are seeing is real.
