It all starts with a curiosity; Saturn




Although it may not seem like it, Saturn's rings are actually billions of floating ice and rock fragments; most are small, but some of these rocks can be as big as buses.


Saturn's rings are huge, although they may not seem like it, and they have a gap caused by one of its moons, but Mimas is not a very big moon. It is much smaller than Mexico, for example, but its orbital synchrony causes an impressive division between Saturn's rings.


Jupiter's hexagon is like an eternal hexagon-shaped storm, no one knows exactly why this is the case, it is one of the most iconic mysteries of Saturn, its hexagon is literally a storm shaped like an almost perfect hexagon, whose sides measure about 13,000 km, that is, more than the diameter of the Earth.




Saturn has 146 confirmed satellites, most orbit in the same plane, but some, the most distant ones, go in inclined directions or even the other way around. It's like a mini solar system in itself.


Its largest moon Titan, in theory has seas of liquid methane on its surface, they are cold and extremely toxic, so if you get close you would freeze and be poisoned at the same time, two for one.


Titan is the only moon in the solar system with a dense atmosphere, which makes rivers and lakes of methane and ethane possible, but it is so opaque that it makes it impossible to observe Saturn through its thick orange sky, which is why we do not see it because it has a very dense atmosphere that covers everything.
