Mars is the only current planet that humanity wants to conquer, but at the same time it is very hostile, for centuries we have looked at it as a mystery, although it seems that Mars is very close to Earth, in reality it is very far away.

To date, a total of about 50 missions have been cleared to Mars between orbiters, probes and rovers, although more than half failed at some point, exploded at launch, were lost, did not enter orbit or lost communication with Earth at some point.

To travel to Mars the speeds of the ships vary between 28,000 or 30,000 km per hour, it seems like a lot, but it is very slow on a cosmic scale, it would take between 6 and 9 months to arrive, that is why it is so difficult to reach Mars, especially with humans. There are several probes that have managed to arrive, but arriving with people is difficult, we have not yet achieved it, because we would have to bring food, water and everything necessary for those 9 months.

Also due to the risk involved in the mere fact of taking off in a spacecraft and traversing space for months, there are many dangers that could be fatal on our trip to Mars, the brutal radiation from supernovas and solar storms, micro meteorites that could pass through the fuselage like bullets and all the breakdowns and setbacks that could arise in 9 months makes just getting to the red planet a high-risk mission.
