En la mañana estuve realizando algunas actividades en casa y luego en la tarde me salí a ver clases para luego salir a entrenar, después de ver clases me dirigí al parque a entrenar, trote 1.43 Kilómetros en 4 minutos 45 segundos, luego realice mi respectivo entrenamiento con mis compañeros de entrenamiento.
In the morning I was doing some activities at home and then in the afternoon I went out to watch classes and then go out to train, after watching classes I went to the park to train, I jogged 1.43 kilometers in 4 minutes 45 seconds, then I did my respective training with my training partners.
