Saludos amigos de Hive y de SWC. Espero se encuentren muy bien, por acá les saluda @joscar-sw. En esta nueva oportunidad, comparto con ustedes mi un entrenamiento que hice en el Circuito de Barras Parque Las Ballenitas, las cuales hice un estiramiento. Los cuales son para lograr tener más flexibilidad y hacer los movimientos Dinámicos con más facilidad.
