Entrenamiento de Descarga ! [ESP - ENG]










¡Hola, hivers de Hive y SWC! Esta vez vengo con un entreno un poco corto, ya que no hice como tal una rutina debido a que estaba algo fatigado por el trabajo y entremos anteriores, pero como siempre, hay que tener disciplina y nunca fallar.

Esta vez me tocaba entrenar pierna, aunque no tomé fotos de la rutina, fue bastante corta, solo fortalecimiento y plometria. Lo principal del entreno pata mi fue lo siguiente, tenía mucha fatiga para hacer tirón y empuje, pero no tanta como para no combear un rato, ya que fueron todos los muchachos, nos pusimos todos a lanzar cosas en las minis paralelas, lanzamos intentos de straddle, trancisiones de handstand a handstand wide, subidas a fuerza, negativas de plancha y más, yo estaba probando principalmente la negativa de plancha en ranita, ya que es la que más se asemeja a la straddle planche, no hice muchas series para no fatigar mucho pero las que hice fueron efectivas y con buena técnica. También lance algunos intentos de one arm handstand, los mejores fueron suelo, cada vez siento más control en piso que en las minis, creo que es por la fatiga que tengo en los antebrazos por el trabajo. Estuvimos en esto como una hora, luego yo hice mi rutina de piernas y puse a mis alumnos a entrenar su rutina de tirón, especialmente en progresiones de frontlever y básicos. Fue un buen entreno y buen día !

The main thing of the workout for me was the following, I had a lot of fatigue to do pull and push, but not so much as not to fight for a while, since all the guys went, we all got to throw things in the parallel minis, we threw straddle attempts, trancisions from handstand to handstand wide, I was mainly testing the planche negative in frog, as it is the one that most resembles the straddle planche, I didn't do many sets so as not to fatigue too much but the ones I did were effective and with good technique. I also did some attempts of one arm handstand, the best ones were floor, I feel more and more control on the floor than in the minis, I think it's because of the fatigue I have in my forearms due to the work. We were at it for about an hour, then I did my leg routine and had my students train their pull-up routine, especially in frontlet and basic progressions. It was a good workout and good day !
