My Actifit Report Card: June 23 2025

Hoy el día fue bastante tranquilo y activo. Me levanté temprano para tener una mañana productiva. Al entrar la tarde, al rededor de las 3pm, le envio un amigo para hacerle un delivery, y ya que aproveche que estaba descansado de estudiar, fui a hacer el delivery, a unos 2km de mi casa, bastante cerca. Luego de terminar el delivery, Seguí con mis cosas y pase el resto de la tarde leyendo un poco sobre como mejorar mis entrenamientos. Al llegar las 5:30pl, Angel vino a mi casa , de aquí nos fuimos a casa de @morales-sw a entrenar free, hoy tenía el cuerpo bastante fatigado pero tenía también muchas ganas de entrenar así que salió un buen free, dónde lance 360, 540, fronts, planchas, salidas y saque 540 a una mano otra vez. Fue un muy buen entreno, luego de entrenar volví a casa caminando y aproveché para comprar unos huevos y cenar algo para recuperar energía !

Today was a fairly quiet and active day. I got up early to have a productive morning. In the afternoon, around 3pm, I sent a friend to make a delivery, and since I was rested from studying, I went to make the delivery, about 2km from my house, quite close. After finishing the delivery, I continued with my stuff and spent the rest of the afternoon reading a bit about how to improve my training. At 5:30pl, Angel came to my house, from here we went to @morales-sw's house to train free, today my body was quite fatigued but I also wanted to train so I had a good free, where I did 360, 540, fronts, planchas, exits and I did 540 in one hand again. It was a very good workout, after training I walked home and took the opportunity to buy some eggs and have some dinner to recover energy !
