My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2025

Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !


Como les he ido contando, poco a poco me he acostumbrado a despertarme temprano, así que me desperté a las 5:30 am para prepararme para ir al gym a trabajar. Llegué al trabajo a las 6:30 am, me tocó abrir, por lo que me sentí activo desde bastante temprano. Luego de abrir, como a la media hora empezó a llegar gente, empecé a entrenar personas por lo mismo y se me pasó la mañana bastante rápida. Al llegar a casa de mi papá, llegué bastante cansado, por lo que dormí unas 2 horas. Al despertar a las 2 pm me hice almuerzo, me hice carne con arroz. Luego de comer, hice varias cosas que tenía que hacer, me bañé y esperé a las 6 pm para ir al gym cuando hubiera bajado el sol. Calenté unos 15 minutos y realicé mi rutina de tren superior que me tocaba. Inicié con combos de empuje y tirón, donde me alegré bastante porque pude pegar la segunda pull up de front a la cadera por fin y luego de terminar los combos terminé haciendo mi rutina de plancha. Me achanté en el frente de casa de mi papá con unos amigos al terminar de entrenar, y ya a las 10 pm estaba en casa descansando y preparando mi cena, un buen día.

As I've been telling you, I've gradually gotten used to waking up early, so I woke up at 5:30 a.m. to get ready to go to the gym to work out. I got to work at 6:30 a.m. and had to open up, so I felt active from quite early on. After opening, about half an hour later people started arriving, so I started training people and the morning went by pretty quickly. When I got to my dad's house, I was pretty tired, so I slept for about two hours. When I woke up at 2 p.m., I made myself lunch, which was meat and rice. After eating, I did several things I had to do, took a shower, and waited until 6 p.m. to go to the gym when the sun had gone down. I warmed up for about 15 minutes and did my upper body routine. I started with push and pull combos, where I was very happy because I was finally able to do the second front to hip pull-up, and after finishing the combos, I finished my plank routine. I hung out in front of my dad's house with some friends after training, and by 10 p.m., I was at home resting and preparing my dinner. It was a good day.
