Al ser fin de semana, tuve un fin de semana bastante tranquilo pero activo. Pase el día en la casa, ocupandome un rato, ya en la tarde, empezo a llover, lo cual me desanimó un poco porque queria ir a jugar. Me envio un amigo mientras llovia para hacerle un delivery asi que al dejar de llover salí a llevarle unos audifonos, al llegar aproveche para buscar mi balon y cambiarme para irme a lanzar un rato, aproveche e hice un poco de movilidad y pliometria, y lancé un rato con los muchachos para pasar lo que quedaba de resto de día, luego volvi a casa a comer y descansar para aprovechar y empezar la semana que viene con toda la energia !
Since it was the weekend, I had a fairly quiet but active weekend. I spent the day at home, keeping myself busy for a while, and in the afternoon it started to rain, which discouraged me a little because I wanted to go out and play. A friend sent me a message while it was raining to ask me to make a delivery, so when it stopped raining, I went out to take him some headphones. When I got there, I took the opportunity to grab my ball and change clothes so I could go play for a while. I took advantage of the opportunity to do some mobility and plyometric exercises, and then I played with the guys for a while to spend the rest of the day. Then I went home to eat and rest so I could start next week with all my energy!
