My Actifit Report Card: December 9 2025

Fue un día movido, me levante algo tarde pero no le di mucha importancia, hable con chiqui bastante temprano y nos decidimos por ir al centro a eso de las 2pm, él tenia que comprar algo y yo queria ir a ver unos precios y buscar algunas cosas que necesitaba, estuvimos bastante rato aqui caminando y andando en bici, aproximadamente como 2 horas, luego de esto cada uno se fue a su casa, en donde aproveche de comer y prepararme para darle clases a mis alumnos. La tarde paso y entrené a los muchachos, esa vez solo estiré ya que ya la muñeca poco a poco esta mejor y quiero empezar a entrenar como es cuando se curé, luego de entrenar me fui junto a los muchachos ya que visitaria a una amiga, la cual vive muy lejos, asi aprovechaba el camino hablando con los muchachos, luego de ir y volver a casa algo tarde, recorri en bici un total como de 12km el día de hoy asi que estaba algo cansado, llegue comiendo y bañandome para descansar, fue un día divertido.

It was a busy day. I woke up a little late, but I didn't think much of it. I spoke with Chiqui quite early, and we decided to go downtown at around 2 p.m. He had to buy something, and I wanted to check some prices and look for a few things I needed. We spent quite a while here walking and riding bikes, about two hours. After that, we each went home, where I took the opportunity to eat and prepare to teach my students. The afternoon passed, and I trained the boys. This time, I just stretched because my wrist is slowly getting better, and I want to start training as usual when it heals. After training, I went with the boys to visit a friend who lives far away. so I took advantage of the trip to talk with the boys. After going and coming back home a little late, I rode my bike a total of about 12 km today, so I was a little tired. I arrived home, ate, took a shower, and rested. It was a fun day.
