Hoy fue un día súper productivo, hace poco empecé a trabajar en un gym de mi ciudad así que me he ido acostumbrando a mi nuevo horario, en el cual me despierto a las 5am. Llegué al gym a las 5:50an que es mi hora de llegada, prendí todo en el gym y empecé a trabajar. El día estuvo bastante movido, entre las 8am y las 11am se llenó bastante el gym por lo que el dia pasó volando, al terminar mi horario, aproveche de quedarme para entrenar hombro, pecho y tríceps ya que no puedo entrenar esos músculos al 100% aún con calistenia por mi muñeca, por lo que aprovecho de hacerlo en el gym, hice una rutina de 3 ejercicios de hombro, 2 de pecho y 2 de tríceps , y terminé con flexiones para poco a poco ponerle carga a mi muñeca y también trabaje un poco el fortalecimiento. Termine algo tarde a las 4pm, me fui a mi casa y almorcé, descanse bastante y me fui al venoil a entrenar a mis alumnos, los cuales está vez se enfocaron en entrenar tirón, al terminar, salimos a ver unos perfumes y luego a farmatodo a comprar algunas cosas, al final del día termine súper cansado y me dormí a las 10pm, por lo que tuve un sueño reparador.
Today was a super productive day. I recently started working at a gym in my city, so I've been getting used to my new schedule, which involves waking up at 5 a.m. I arrived at the gym at 5:50 a.m., which is my usual arrival time, turned everything on, and started working. It was a pretty busy day. Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., the gym was quite full, so the day flew by. When my shift ended, I took advantage of the opportunity to stay and train my shoulders, chest, and triceps, since I can't train those muscles 100% with calisthenics due to my wrist. So, I take advantage of the gym to do it. I did a routine of three shoulder exercises, two chest exercises, and two triceps exercises, and I finished with push-ups to gradually put weight on my wrist and also work on strengthening it a little. I finished a little late at 4 p.m., went home and had lunch, rested a lot, and then went to the gym to train my students, who this time focused on pull-ups. When we finished, we went out to look at some perfumes and then to Farmatodo to buy a few things. At the end of the day, I was super tired and fell asleep at 10 p.m., so I had a restful night's sleep.
