Entrenamiento de Tirón ! [ESP - ENG]









¡Hola, hivers de Hive y SWC!
Está vez les vengo a compartir mi entrenamiento de tirón del día de hoy, un tremendo entreno para empezar la semana. Uno de mis amigos, Angel, me insistió desde temprano que hiciéramos lastre, así que hablé con mi mamá para que me prestará sus pesas y llevarnoslas al venoil, al llegar allá, estaban todos los muchachos por lo que el ambiente de entrenamiento estaba súper bueno, calentamos, nos preparamos y nos pusimos a entrenar. Calenté con un combo de dominadas explosivas, muscle ups y front lever, este combo me dejo bastante preparado para el entreno, por lo que empecé con algunos intentos de pull ups de front lever con presses, hice esto 3 veces como primera serie. Al terminar estás series quise probar las pull up con peso, logré hacer 4 con 35kg, por lo que me puse feliz y continúe con lo que me tocaba. Luego de eso hice aguante de front, varias series, ya que lo estaba aguantando bastante. Y como última serie, ya que esas series no fueron de mucho volumen pero si de bastante intensidad, mientras eso entrene a mis dos alumnos ya que uno no pudo ir, ellos hicieron empuje, están mejorando bastante. Al terminar el entreno quedé bastante reventado, me gusta mucho la sensación de livianez que deja el hacer dominadas con lastre, fue un excelente inicio de semana. Al terminar los muchachos me acompañaron a llevar las pesas a casa y hablamos allí un rato y echamos broma, un final bastante bueno para un tremendo entreno.

This time I'm here to share with you my pull-up workout today, a tremendous workout to start the week. One of my friends, Angel, insisted me early in the morning to do weights, so I talked to my mom so she could lend me her weights and take them to the venoil, when we got there, all the guys were there so the training atmosphere was super good, we warmed up, got ready and started training. I warmed up with a combo of explosive pull ups, muscle ups and front lever, this combo left me quite prepared for the training, so I started with some attempts of front lever pull ups with presses, I did this 3 times as the first set. When I finished these series I wanted to try the pull ups with weight, I managed to do 4 with 35kg, so I was happy and continued with what I had to do. After that I did front hold, several sets, since I was holding it quite a lot. And as the last series, since those series were not of much volume but of enough intensity, while that I trained my two students since one could not go, they did push ups, they are improving a lot. At the end of the workout I was pretty exhausted, I really like the feeling of lightness that comes from doing weighted pull-ups, it was an excellent start of the week. At the end the guys came with me to take the weights home and we talked there for a while and joked around, a pretty good end to a tremendous workout.
