Entrenando Tirón en el Venoil ! [ESP - ENG]










¡Hola, hivers de Hive y SWC!
Hoy les comparto mi entrenamiento del día de ayer el cual enfoqué en mi front lever y sus músculos implicados. Me decidí por entrenar en el venoi junto a los muchachos , llegué al rededor de las 6:15 más o menos, calenté sus respectivos 15 minutos, y empecé a entrar en calor para empezar mi rutina con algunos tornados en la barra baja del venoil, ya habiendo calentando, empecé a hacer mis combos de front, que era el inicio de la rutina, fueron total 5, el primero lanzando pull ups de front con aguante, luego de eso los combos fueron 2 presses de front con aguante y al final intenté una pull up con press aunque eso si no me gustó mucho como me salió. Entre series realizaba bastante handstand para practicar mi equilibrio, al terminar con esas series de front, hice 4 super series de pull up a touch en tuck adv front lever seguido de 6 pull ups en tuck adv a la cadera y continuaba la súper serie con aguantes de la progresión que estoy usando. Esas 4 series me pegaron bastante, luego lance 3 series de aguante de front con liga y termine con una super serie de básicos en la cual hice 1 pull a la cadera + 5 muscle ups + 5 pull ups abiertas, fue muy buen entreno y poco a poco me recupero de mi problema de salud, espero seguir progresando !

Today I'm sharing with you my workout yesterday which focused on my front lever and the muscles involved. Between sets I did a lot of handstand to practice my balance, when I finished with those front sets, I did 4 super sets of pull up to touch in tuck adv front lever followed by 6 pull ups in tuck adv to the hip and continued the super set with holds of the progression I'm using. Those 4 sets hit me pretty good, then I did 3 sets of front hold with garter and finished with a super set of basics in which I did 1 pull to the hip + 5 muscle ups + 5 open pull ups, it was a very good workout and little by little I am recovering from my health problem, I hope to continue progressing !
