Volviendo a Lanzar Combos de Dinámicos ! [ESP - ENG]
¡Hola, hivers de Hive y SWC!
Hoy les comparto mi primer entrenamiento de esta semana, dónde luego de bastante tiempo volvimos a entrenar en casa de @morales-sw , un entreno en dónde entrenamos básicamente de todo pero nos enfocamos más que todo en el freestyle. Fuimos casi todos los muchachos, algo tarde ya que llovió casi toda la tarde pero no fue impedimento ya que solo hoy podríamos hacer free, calentamos un rato y empezamos a entrenar combos, Luis y Cesar sacaron doble 360 a gienger por lo que me animé en combear algo que tenía en mente, y gracias a eso saque tornado 360 a 540 y lo logré combear con otros trucos entre ellos el gienger, el cual tengo que mejorar pero sigue siendo tremendo avance. Seguimos haciendo free, lanzando cosas que dominamos y cosas nuevas, y ya estando cansados en el free nos pusimos jugar un rato con los estáticos, dónde aproveche para lanzar algunos combos de frontlever y algunos aguantes de straddle planche, Yo aproveché ya que no haría rutina de practicar mi pull over explosivo, siendo el día en el que lo he entrenado dónde mas progreso he visto, ya que ya lo saqué sin toca la barra y quedo con bastante impulso, luego de casi 2 horas y media de entrenamiento, estábamos todos cansados y nos fuimos cada uno a su casa. Aproveche para comer algo rico en proteínas y carbohidratos para recuperar energía, por lo que fue un tremendo entreno 🙏🏽

We continued doing free, throwing things that we mastered and new things, and being tired in the free we played for a while with the static, where I took the opportunity to throw some combos of frontlever and some straddle planche holds, I took advantage since I would not do routine to practice my explosive pull over, being the day in which I have trained it where I have seen more progress, since I took it without touching the bar and it was with enough momentum, after almost 2 hours and a half of training, we were all tired and we went each one to his house. I took the opportunity to eat something rich in protein and carbohydrates to recover energy, so it was a tremendous training 🙏🏽
