Fórmula E Racing with Avalanche 🏎 Ciudad de México Formula E con Avalanche

El año pasado asistí por primera vez a la Fórmula E invitado por el equipo de Avalanche en Ciudad de México. Auto de carreras eléctricos compitiendo en una carrera con algunas diferencias a la Fórmula 1.
La primera es que son eléctricos y tienen una carga por carrera en lugar de un tanque de gasolina. Tienen que planear su carrera y energía ya que no hay recargas, y cambiar la batería del auto es tardado y delicado, no lo pueden hacer a media carrera.

Otra cosa interesante de que tienen un boost o turbo, y cuando lo usan prenden en la parte trasera una luz de color, aceleran más pero gastan más energía, entonces deben de cuidar cuando y como lo hacen.
Fue una gran experiencia no sólo ver las carreras y aprender, pero también convivir con el equipo de Avalance y Andretti Racing y conocer como operan.
También hubo stands, concierto, dj y mucha cerveza.
Y al final un buen afterparty.

Last year I attended Formula E for the first time invited by the Avalanche blockchain team in Mexico City. Electric racing car competing with some differences to Formula 1.
The first detail is that they are electric and have a charge per race instead of a tank of gas. They have to plan their race and energy since there are no recharges, and changing the car battery is time-consuming and delicate, they cannot do it in the middle of the race.

Another interesting thing is that they have a boost or turbo, and when they use it they turn on a colored light at the rear, they accelerate more but use more energy, so they must be careful when and how they do it.
It was a great experience not only to watch the races and learn, but also to meet with the Avalance and Andretti Racing team and learn how they operate.
There were also stands, a concert, a DJ and a lot of beer.
And at the end a good afterparty.
