Buen día, querida comunidad, hoy vamos a preparar un delicioso desayuno con huevos, espárragos y farinheira😱, ahora se preguntarán que es farinheira, aquí en Portugal es un embutido típico de la zona que se emplea como acompañamiento de algunos platos en especial el guiso portugués, se elabora con pimentones y especies mezclados con carne de puerco molida, en mi caso me encanta mezclarla con huevos revueltos y espárragos para mí una delicia de plato, en el caso de no conseguir esta farinheira pueden usar chorizo de su preferencia.

NOTA: Para freír uso el aceite que destila la farinheira o rocio un poco de aceite de oliva con un spray y no uso sal porque por ser un embutido la farinheira ya contiene sal.

SEGUNDO PASO / SECOND STEP.
Picamos la farinheira en trozos pequeños y la mitad de los espárragos que vamos a mezclar con los huevos porque el resto de espárragos es para grillarlos.

La otra parte de los espárragos los cortamos por la mitad y los grillamos a fuego medio, lo reservamos para el final del emplatado, lo colocamos por los lados del revuelto.

En un sartén a fuego lento vamos a mezclar todo, comenzamos por untar de aceite la sartén o como les comente al principio pueden sofreír la farinheira y el aceite que destile lo pueden usar para sofreír, en mi caso uso aceite de oliva en spray, comenzamos con los espárragos luego agregamos la farinheira y cuando ya estén dorados incluimos los huevos y revolvemos.

QUINTO PASO / FIFTH STEP .
Solo queda emplatar y lo vamos a hacer tomando una taza que le dé una figura oval para luego colocarle los espárragos grillados, por un lado, las puntas y por el otro lado el otro corte como si fuera atravesado por flechas.
