Josie's Actifit Report Card: July 25 2022

Day one of my two week vacation.

Besides a list of chores I'd want to get done, I don't really have any major plans. Just to wind off, chill and maybe catch some sunshine.

I don't want to let the vacation go to a complete waste though so I hope to get creative and productive at least in some capacity.

Hopefully I can also stick to getting my 10k steps in every day and find some words to go allong with them. I still can't get over the fact that sometimes writing up the post seems like the most challenging part in this.

Some days it's just easier to flow with the feelings instead of words.

Some days it's the music that bridges that gap.

And on that note, I was pleasantly surprised today to discover that I once again feel emotionally safe to listen to Coldplay "Ghost Stories". Huge win, if you ask me.
