El día de hoy fue bastante productivo, siento que mis músculos han crecido pero lo mejor de todo es que al pesarme ahora peso 65kg ósea que he incrementado músculo y bajado la grasa, así que es una excelente noticia. Me cuesta enfocarme pero lo intento y aunque sean pequeños, los resultados se van viendo poco a poco.

Today was quite productive, I feel that my muscles have grown but the best of all is that by weighing myself now I weigh 65kg of bone that I have increased muscle and decreased fat, so it is excellent news. It’s hard for me to focus but I try and even if they are small, the results are seen little by little.
