Saludos a todos, espero tengan un excelente viernes y hayan logrado cumplir sus propósitos de esta semana. Hoy fui al gym, debido a que mi rodilla aún no está recuperada al 100% ya no puedo salir en bicicleta por lo que tengo que hacer ejercicio para la parte superior del cuerpo, no puedo estar en casa sin hacer nada luego me vuelvo loco jeje

Today I went to the gym, because my knee is still not 100% recovered I can no longer go out by bike so I have to exercise for the upper body, I can’t stay at home doing nothing then I go crazy hehe
