Hello again everyone how's your day?hope its all good here is my actifit report today monday i my normal 10k goal😘🙏🏻


i took my girl and here friend at the dog park they are having fun running growling sometimes

this girls are very lucky i use to bring them
at the park if i have much time.

after park we dropped Mabel back home

She's sleeping deeply as she's very tired from running and playing with different dog in the park.and they had a very good time the weather was also beautiful its sunny 😎 yet warm
