FenuGreek Leaves and potatoes Recipe.

Fenugreek Leaves recipe.
Today I cooked fenugreek leaves while actifitting. First I picked delicate leaves from the branches leaving left hard ones and their main stems. This takes so much time and arms physical movements.
These are the leaves I collected and then I cut them in small with the help of knife while griping the bundle in my palm.
Then I chopped garlic in small pieces.
Then fried above chopped garlic in oil on medium heat.
Then I chopped tomatoes and green chilies and added them to the pan.
Then I fried them well till I got this condition of all these things.
Then I added the leaved which I collected and cut earlier.
Meanwhile I also made dough for Roti.
When the things in pan turned like this and gave out strong fragrance of fenugreek, which almost covered the whole house. Check picture below.
I added potatoes chopped in cube shapes to the pan.
And finally I made the lunch.
