Black Peas Recipe
Today I cooked black peas while actifitting.
First I soaked peas for the whole night.
Then I made the paste of onions, tomatoes, garlic and ginger.
Then I put these overnight soaked peas in a cooker and added the above mentioned paste. Also poured a lot of water in the cooker.
Now adding cloves and the sister of nutmeg JAVITRI.
Green chilly time.
After adding salt closed the cooker for 20-25 minutes.
After the above mentioned time, I confirmed that the peas are soft or not by pressing some with my fingers.
Now separate the remaining water. This is now a soup of peas as well. This soup is best to cure flue and other throat problems. 1000% natural remedy.
Now added oil, red chilly powder, turmeric and dry fenugreek leaves and then cooked reasonably enough.
This is the final dish and can be served as it is. You can also add some water to turn it to somewhat soupy.
