My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2022

It's the first time I reached more than 5k in my actifit activity.

In the morning, we danced to the sound of some praise songs. Matti needs more encouragement in dancing but he was able to move his hands in a rolling motion.

Went out with the baby and we had been dancing and running all afternoon at the playground too.

He wanted to slide so I had a lot of muscles working by carrying him and pulling him up to the slide. It was fun but also tiring.
