My Actifit Report Card: August 19 2025

Mist activity today was for searching for a currency exchange store to change some cash I received. I was successful. When I reached home I got some rest. In fact I was sleeping on the bus on the way home. The heat in the early part of the day is great but I power through it to get the job done. Today was a decent day. I will try to close of the day with some exercises.
