My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2022

We did a lite walk in our village yesterday in a nice sunny day with Milo n Smarty.

We attend to do it more n steady everyday.. Until we prepare for longer hikings this season in our beautiful mountains, like before..

We used to hike more than 15km a day & 2000m in altitude. Actually one of our main reasons (of handereds) that made us left city-life years ago was this but unpredictable situations in our life didn't alow us..

Of course we do camping for nights..
I guess we will join with u someday n do it together
Everytime we see cows thinking of you playing for them, n they fairly understand ..
