My Actifit Report Card: November 10 2022
Hey Everyone!!
I'm here with my today actifit report and today i reached to 6k activity count. The day was as usual, didn't worked so much. I started my today's activity count with cooking breakfast then all the other normal day activities, house chores, then preparing the dinner in the night and a hour of walk before going to bed.
I always try to have a walk of atleast half an hour before going to bed as it is said to be good for health walking few steps after having the dinner. So this was my last activity of today.
Here's i clicked a random picture during the night walk of a car red light. Many more cars were at parking outside, and this car was also looking for a parking place😅.
