10k Steps A Day: June 9 2023
Hey Everyone!!
It was my another day with 10k Steps A Day Challenge to myself and i completed it. I successfully achieved my target 🎯.
I clicked these pictures of beautiful pink flower from my terrace which is blooming at its fullest these days.
It was a tough day for me. I was almost like to give up the challenge today but anyhow i just managed it to get complete.
I woked up little soon in the morning, and walked half hour. This is how i started my day usually because this is the best thing you can do after waking up. So with the half hour of walk i got my 3k actifit steps for my today report.
Then rest day was like working from one position, almost no activity. In the evening, the first thing i did is to water my plants in the garden.
Temperature is like burning throughout the day, so the plants need more and more water. It took me almost 2 hours of work to watering my plants, but in actifit point of view, it was just less than 1k of steps. So i was at 4k actifit steps, when it was already sunset.
So i walked half hour more, after watering plants, to balance my actifit count and got my 3k more steps with the walking. So i was at 7k steps by this time.
Rest of the steps were from the night walk. I got late to walk in the night, consequently late with the posting of actifit report. But now i have got my 10k steps.
So this way i completed my today's 10k actifit steps challenge. I'm happy that i achieved it successfully today again 😊.
