10k Steps A Day: June 11 2023
Hey Everyone!!
It was my another day with 10k Steps A Day Challenge to myself and i completed it. I successfully achieved my target 🎯.
This flowering plant is in the local park. This flower blooms in summer. I clicked it's pictures while walking in the evening.
It was another Sunday today. When everyone was having a good sleep late in the morning, i woked up at 6 am and went out for walk. I walked almost an hour and started my day with 4k actifit steps.
Its getting hotter and hotter day by day here. The days are so long and nights are small. So i had enough time to walk in the evening. I had a long walk enjoying the songs and got another 3k steps. It feels good as long as you are walking, but as soon as you stop, it feels so hot and sweaty. So walking in summer is so difficult task.
In the night, after having the dinner, i thought to have a good walk because nights are cooler than day. So i went out for walk but it was as hot as in the day time. More over, there was no winds blowing, so I completed my 10k Steps and came inside in a sweating condition.
So this way i completed my today's 10k actifit steps challenge. I'm happy that i achieved it successfully today again 😊.
