Meine Actifit-Report-Card: September 7 2022

Hallo zusammen,
heute habe ich nach der Arbeit etwas Gartenarbeit erledigt. Dadurch, dass es dieses Jahr so lange und kontinuierlich warm war, haben die Kräuter sogar noch neue Triebe bekommen. Wenn das Wetter weiter so bleibt, kann ich vielleicht sogar noch einmal ernten.
Der Rasen hingegen sieht wie Brachland aus. Aufgrund mangelnden Regens sieht man keine grüne Stelle mehr.

Hello all,
today I did some gardening after work. Due to the fact that it was so long and continuously warm this year, the herbs even got new shoots. If the weather continues like this, I may even be able to harvest again.
The lawn, on the other hand, looks like a wasteland. There really isn't a green spot left here due to lack of rain.

Meine Rose hat dieses Jahr sehr viele Blüten, worüber ich mich total freue. Als ich sie letztes Jahr eingepflanzt habe, hatte sie gerade mal ein Blüte, und danach keine mehr. Im Frühjahr war sie noch von Läusen befallen, und ich dachte ich muss sie aufgeben. Und jetzt streckt sie immer wieder neue Knospen und Blüten hervor.

My rose, on the other hand, is growing and blooming like crazy. It has such beautiful deep red blooms this year, which I am totally happy about. When I planted it last year, it had just one bloom, and then none. In spring it was still infested with lice, and I thought I would have to give it up. And now it keeps putting out new buds and flowers.

Pflanzen sind für mich immer etwas Besonderes. Ich erfreue mich an jeder neuen Blüte und an jedem neuen Trieb. Zu sehen wie aus einem kleinen zarten Pflänzchen ein Stolzer Strauch wird zeigt uns doch immer wieder das Wunder der Natur.

Plants are always something special for me. I enjoy every new blossom and every new shoot. To see how a small delicate plant becomes a proud shrub shows us again and again the wonder of nature.
