My Actifit Report Card: September 12 2022

Today is an important day for me
I am starting my TKD practice once again after a long time
But before that I took a short walk and took some pictures so that I ll remember this day

The clouds are beautiful

It may look inviting to be outside but trust me, real work is happening inside too

I was watching a video yesterday

And the whole point was .. it is not always about the goal per se. This may change in your process. It is about the little but daily inputs that you give from your time. Consistently and (why not) proudly.

And if that means staying alone, it is a price I ll pay
