My Actifit Report Card: February 23 2024
What a full, full day …
Waking up at 6 in the morning to get ready and leave home at 830
The day looked like summer. I even left my jacket in the car
I walked and had a meeting and then got home
My steps were only 4100 till the afternoon so after that I thought to walk a bit more
And this got to be a whole hour!
I almost saw the moon, but it hid again behind the clouds ☁️
Closing this post I would like to say something that I saw and we need to keep in mind always
