I made another promise to myself

I will try to loose the extra kilos I took during the time my arm was broken

I know it will take time but i must. So I will try to make some extra steps during the day and even thought I will not post daily reports, I will try to have the 5K steps for my own peace of mind

I also decided another thing

To visit the sea and swim whenever possible

You may wonder why i am telling you all this
It is simple, really

If my promise is written on the blockchain, I got to keep it, right?

Indeed, the sea is inviting and not too deep also (where I live)
I feel safe even when I am alone here.
This year I will try to keep swimming as long as it goes in the winter time 🙏
