1 April 2024: My Actifit Report Card

Back to Work, Back to Walk.

Today, after having lunch, I had my usual midday walk.
I first went to the capitol grounds to have a view of the highway below.
Then, I noticed that the Philippine Flag is half-mast. Accordingly, a former local government official had died. May his soul rest in peace.


In many countries, including the Philippines, a half-mast flag is seen as a symbol of respect and mourning.

I descended the stairs going to the nation al highway to continue my walk.

When I was already on the sidewalk right after the river, I saw a homeless man neatly sweeping the roadside.

I continued walking and after sometime, walked back so I may be able to reach the office before 1:00 p.m.

I still passed by the homeless man sweeping the roadside. I wanted to approach him but I was afraid of how he would react.

I continued walking back to the office as it is almost 1:00.
And I can't help but think, if someone who is homeless knows how to clean the environment, why can't we do it too?
Our world would've been so clean and healthy if we think the same way.
Or maybe, we can help save and conserve our planet even in the smallest ways we can like disposing our garbage properly.
