My Actifit Report Card: May 30 2023

I had a decent activity yesterday, and I thought I had not made 5k steps. I’m glad to notice it today.

I did go for a short walk post dinner since I had a heavy dinner. I thought of these insects I had seen back in the farm and was wondering what they are. Since I do not know it’s name, I’m back to searching images of insects now.

Hi there, I'm glad you were able to get some activity in. I use a bug identifier app and I think that the bugs you found are box elder bug nymphs.
