A sheer display of brilliance at Etihad.

It's Monday, the beginning of a new week, yet many of us still can't sober up from the sheer display of brilliance we witness in yesterday's cracker between Manchester City and Liverpool Fc in the English Premier League.

The whole pub was buzzing yesterday as this game was going on. Hats off to these big guns. They hit hard with precision and power. The build-up to this game is the highest build-up with the highest level of intensity I have ever witnessed this season. I can easily imagine the fanatics of both sides shitting themselves during the build-up.

Here is the thing though. There can be deep rivalry between teams and the buildup can be intense, but that won't stop the game from being watery (you know what I mean).

In yesterday's game, it was as intense as expected. The goals started tearing nets within the first 5 minutes of the game. That particular goal was a hard hit against Liverpool. If you know anything about Liverpool, you will know that conceding a goal that early in a game is not something they are known for. Yet, it happened!

What a sight!

It was a sublime finish from the Belgium midfielder. The assist came from Bernardo Silva. A sumptuous assist from him. The goal itself was ruthless from Kevin De Bruyne (KDB).

Liverpool replied after 7 minutes to make things level for both sides. The buildup was top notch and the final assist came from Trent Alexander Arnold (TAA) before Diogo Jota converted that equalizer.

The game itself ended as a 2-2 draw.

Manchester City is still leading in EPL title race with a point while Liverpool is following them up from behind.

Will any of them step on banana peels? That's left for us to discover in the 7 remaining EPL games.

I watched the post-match interview of both Managers. Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola are world-class professionals who have great respect for each other and they always bring something new to the game whenever their team lock horns with each other. They did it in Germany and they are now doing it in England.

This is Adorable.

Thanks For Not Missing Any Fullstop Or Comma

Exactly. It's not one of those games where points can be shared. There must be a winner in this.

That's really the question we all have on our lips because we know what these team are capable of. At this stage, even a draw in the remaining EPL games will be like losing a game. !PIZZA

Well, the scoreline says a different thing because Liverpool players witnessed what they have never witnessed before 😂😂😂
Luckily, they got a draw anyway

Lol... It's always going to be a tough game against City. Narrow escape was acceptable yesterday, but there is no way any of us will be getting away with that on Saturday because there must surely be a winner in that game. Hehe.

It's going to be another interesting game. !PIZZA

Kene, you need to see how hot my house was when the match was going on🤩. Daddy has converted all of us to Man City fan by force including your sister here😄. We are now real fans of Mancity!

Liverpool was only lucky to have that "draw" with Man city. Man City players looks like they have magic legs because they are always at the winning side. On the other hand, Bruyne would have just scored plenty goals as usual and shift liverpool by the side😄, anyway let's see how the weekend own plays out🤔

Wowwww... All of you need to get ready and visit Etihad in the future so that you will watch directly from the stands while Manchester City do their magic. Hehs.

The last game was really tough. The intensity was very obvious and I'm sure it will be the sure this weekend. This time around, Liverpool really need to get the win. Haha.
