Anfield erupts as Liverpool's wheel of inconsistency spins again.

I'm so livid at the level of inconsistency we've been getting from Liverpool this season. I should already be accustomed to these sorta fairly uninspiring results, but I genuinely can't wrap my head around what's going on.

You know, I almost didn't write this review tonight. I'm already disappointed enough with our previous league game against Nottingham Forest. What in the world did I just watch?

Can you believe how awful these lads have been this season?

Goodness me!

It's disappointing to see things get worse for Liverpool. You know what? It would have been a lot better to play nicely and lose a game. In such situations, I would have said that the game wasn't ours to win or that the god of football didn't want us to win.

But, what I saw in tonight's game were loads of errors from professional footballers. I lost count of the problems before the half-hour mark. How did we get to this point of losing games which are harder to lose than to win?

Look. Before I say another thing about this embarrassing result that Liverpool slapped on the face of their fans all over the world, lemme take a minute to give praise to Leeds United.

Look at that. This win is the first away win Leeds is getting this season. What a way to break the deadlock!

The winning goalscorer was lost in the excitement. He took off his shirt as he sprinted all-over Anfield with utmost pride and satisfaction. Even when he got booked for taking off his shirt, you could still see the cheeky smirk on his face.

This win is everything Leeds would have hoped for while stepping into this game. They even got to break the Anfield record which Van Dijk has been holding for so many years. This must be a delectable experience for them and their fans.

As for Liverpool, our wheel of inconsistency is consistently spinning. Win today, lose tomorrow. Beat the top, lose to the bottom. This is box office at its best.

Rival fans must be feeling elated. Liverpool just made themselves a banter club for the week.
