Draws for the 4th round of Carabao Cup: We've got some interesting fixtures.

Did you see the draws for the 4th round of the Carabao Cup (EFL, if you may)? So, we will be seeing a cracker between Liverpool and Manchester City immediately after the last game of the world cup.

Lolz. What are English FA on about?

Immediately I saw the draw last night, I started screaming 'I don't trust these folks'. Haha. The mere thought of facing this Manchester City immediately after international break is already giving me the shivers.

It's interesting though. This will be a really interesting game to watch. These two sides never disappoint whenever they go toe to toe in any competition and what's even more interesting is the fact that they have already faced eachother twice this season and we are not even halfway through the season.

We will talk about my expectations from this game, but let's use a sec to have a look at all the draws for round 4 of the competition.

  • Wolves v Gillingham

  • MK Dons v Leicester

  • Charlton v Brighton

  • Southampton v Lincoln City

  • Newcastle v Bournemouth

  • Man City v Liverpool

  • Man United v Burnley

  • Blackburn v Nottingham Forest

And that's it folks. Verified from Carabao Cup's official Twitter page.

That's a really dicey draw because on paper, things seems to be looking good for Man United, but any game against Burnley is not going to be an easy encounter. If Man United gets one over Burnley, they will be edging closer to winning the Cup.

As for Liverpool and Man City, the goodnews for them is that some of their players will be fresh for that game after the international break. On the flip side, they also have important players enlisted in world cup and we don't really know how long their respective countries will last in the competition.

I won't naively say that this is Liverpool's game to win, but I'm looking forward to this one and a win will surely make me feel good. Hehe.

What's your expectation from these fixtures?

Thanks For Not Missing Any Full-stop Or Comma

I'm a city fans and I can tell you for sure the whole last season with Liverpool always makes my heart beat twice as fast, both at the champions league and the premier league Liverpool as been my biggest rival, you can tell the encounter so far this season

But I can never predict the outcome of that match cause they two can shock you even at the din minute

😂 ...

Hahah... The level of rivalry between these sides is really a joy to the footballing world. The best part of this rivalry is that it is based on mutual respect for what each of the teams are capable of bringing to a game of such intensity.

Even when either of the teams are having a bad run of games they usually turn up for the occasion when they go toe to toe with each other. Lolz.

That game will be a cracker. !PIZZA

World Cup Final on December 18th
Liverpool and City match on December 19, and therefore important players will not be able to play this match if their teams reach the final of the World Cup

Hahah... I can imagine how compact the fixtures will be for club football after World Cup. That game will be an interesting one to watch.
