Wolves 3 - 0 Liverpool: Can we end this season already?

Liverpool? Wow! What's going on with this Club? I'm running out of adjectives to use and describe the unreal performance we are seeing from these folks. It's just so weird to see this kinda performance from Liverpool.

Liverpool fans (like myself) currently go to each game with nothing positive to look forward to. The team are also becoming a shadow of itself. How they completely changed from predator to prey in less than a year is a tough thing to explain.

What we know for a fact is that we are yet to see the worst. The UCL fixture we have against Real Madrid may end up as an absolute disgrace. Well, that's yet to happen. Let's talk about the game that was just played between the Wolves and Liverpool.

As you can see, we found ourselves in all sorts of mess from the 5th minute of the game. That early goal was supposed to be one sad eye-opener, but it wasn't enough to open our eyes. We conceded another goal 7 minutes later. That pretty much sums up the entirety of the first half of that game for Liverpool.

The second half started in a fairly inspiring way for Liverpool. We had more of the ball in the first 25 minutes of the second half. Fortunately for Wolves and unfortunately for Liverpool, we ended up with so many possession and chances created in that first 25 minutes of the second half. Yet, we couldn't make anything out of that. No goal. Nothing-nothing.

By the time we conceded the 3rd goal in the 71st minute of the game, the only thing we could do for what's left of the game was to countdown till the 90th minute. Lolzzzzz.

I just want this season to end already.

Thanks For Not Missing Any Full-stop Or Comma

Brother @kenechukwu97, being a Manchester United fan, I feel you man. The same situation was with me the past 1 or 2 seasons. Everytime we played I knew this would be tough and really bad, but now it is much much better. Hope Liverpool keep going like this 😄😄. Nah thats rude, you guys will get over it, it be better next season. Great blog, enjoyed reading 👍.

Hahaha.... It was a really tough game and this season as a whole has been tough for Liverpool fans.

While liverpool was playing this evening, Manchester United were also playing at the same time. Your guys has really improved in so many ways. Even with a man down, Man United still managed to get the job done. That's amazing. Hehe

Yeah, I think Liverpool as indiviual players are great like Man U last season but either they have got overconfident or its just not working.

Actually I am surprized with Man U this season. Ten Hag has made a huge impact and were not the same team as before, you know bottling against low teams and stuff. So im quite impressed 😁.

I think the problem with liverpool is that things are just not working. Nothing is working and the players are getting injured at every interval. We've already spent the vast majority of this season without Luis Diaz. It's the same for a bunch of other players.

I don't even know if we can still quality for next season's Champions League. It's that bad, really.

Actually, injuries for both Liverpool and Chelsea has been really bad, which very unfortunate.

Anything can happen, but being realistic it might be very very difficult

Yeah man, I watched this match too, it was fairly shocking if I'm honest, I didn't think it would have ended so one sided for Liverpool.

As you said, by the 71st minute all anyone could do was countdown the time, I'd say that's the same attitude fans had there and at home alike.

You are on point. I even went to a viewing center to watch the game. When we conceded the third goal, I really wanted to go home, but I just sat there till the final whistle. Haha.

It's tough being a liverpool fan in this moment of unfavorable results. I just hope next season would be better than this.

This is why I keep telling you to join the moving train (man City?😃) But you don't want to hear, now look at ur team 😝, you guys didn't do well at all !!!
Imagine, you guys had lots of chances but didn't make good use of it.
Liverpool needs to sit up and make it fans proud before some people will start switching teams 😂😂😂.

Hahaha... No be small thing ooooo.

This year as a whole have been from one weird game to an even weirder game 😂. I don't even know what's wrong any more. We just sit there for 90 minutes and watch the squad get humiliated & humbled. Haha. It's so weird.

It's time to let Salah go. That dude is a waste of money this season.

As for Liverpool, well, I'm not supposed to sympathize with my greatest rival. Am I? As e dey pain dem...😃

On a more serious note, I've run out of analysis to justify what is actually happening at Liverpool this season. The decline is shocking.

Hahah... Liverpool has become a laughing stock oooo. We are now the banter squad.

As for Salah, the lad has been a shadow of himself this season. He got a couple of chances yesterday which the usual him would have buried, but he completely went off. It's unreal. Haha.
