My Actifit Report Card: May 24 2021

Hey hey hey, 15K Today!!! 👍

So yesterday my number was super small because my only movement was in the water volleyball pool. Can't take my phone in the water. But today was quite different!

I got a big number but I didn't do anything strenuous. Just slow movements sine my musles were a little sore from 4 hours of volleyball yesterday. Also I took a walk tonight and it was still in the low 80s even after sundown. Then I lifted light weights.

So my numbers were quite different lately. Same with crypto prices! We were hitting All Time Highs just a few weeks ago, then most things dropped 50%. Today we're up a bit.
