My Actifit Report Card: September 12 2021

Just 4k on a nice Summer day.

I was working at my desk and didn't move much today. I did food shop and later took a short walk. It was about 66 degrees outside, nice weather for a walk.

Tomorrow is water volleyball so maybe another small activity number even though in reality I'll be moving a lot in thr water!
