My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2021 - Bike Ride Test!
Hmm under 1K today. I had my phone in my pocket while I took about a 20 minute ride on my bike. I thought a bigger number would register but this is all I got.
The ride consisted of a mostly uphill trip out to where I used to live. The way back was therefore mostly downhill so very little peddling. I didn't have my phone with me the rest of the day so this number is just from my bicycle ride.
Well this was kind of a test and mainly a post to document for myself the kind of number I can expect from a bike ride!
