My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2021
5K on another unseasonably warm winter day. Again it was in the 70s in the afternoon and I had to turn on my air conditioning.
When I took my walk it was in the upper 60s and all I wore were pants and a T shirt. It wasn't a long walk as you can see from my number.
After that I lifted some 15 pound and 3p pound dumbbells. I'm nkt looking to bulk up now. Just want to maintain my size, strength and flexibility.
