My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2022
Yes, over 10K for the first time in a while! And without going out for a walk. We're in the middle of a winter stirm event with freezing rain and ice in the streests so I didn't take a walk.
I did go out and shovel lots of wet heavy snow! Haven't had to do that in a few years. So I did have a workout. And also moved around a lot in my office.

I’ve recently started doing steps too. Maybe I'll join the community.
Its a pretty good community and gives a daily reason to post at least something on here. That's what it is to me, anyway. And the steps are good exercise, gets the blood and lymph moving.

good work on those steps. guess you are just super active. :) I remember the snow.. not so much snow here in hawaii, but it was pretty cold this morning.. I had on socks AND gloves!
