My Actifit Report Card: May 31 2022 - Lift Weights!
These are the 2 lightest dumbbells I exercise with. I also have 20s and a 30 pounder. It's important to build or at least keep your muscle mass as it burns calories even when you're not using them, or so I hear. Move it or lose it, that's my creed. I want to stay muscular so I'm always moving.

Let's hope for a summer crypto rally, but if prices fall we have to decide if its a buying opportunity!

Now many of your readers here will be curious to see your biceps or triceps. Dumbbell is a thing that I've never seen in live, only saw on screen hahah. Thanks for sharing your tools for exercise.
Keep on pumping, Kenny :). Dumbbell workouts are the most effective in my opinion. Benchpressing, you can go lower than with the barbell. You can do farmers walk, deep lunges and so many more exercises. Great tools for your workout.
