My Actifit Report Card: August 9 2022 - Too Hot!
6K on another hot and humid day!
Before I start complaining about the weather I have to admit that I'm blessed to live in an apartment with good Air Conditioning. Many many people have it much harder than I do. I don't really even need to go outside most days if I don't want to. I have everything I need to live and work inside.
But I'm a bit cranky because I'mmmissing water volleyball. It'sbbeen 2 weeks since we played. I think we may play Sunday and Wednesday. I hope so. I miss the exercise and fun and social interaction!
My activity was just my night time walk under a beautiful almost full moon. I also went food shopping earlier.
