My Actifit Report Card: September 30 2022 - RIP Coolio

I heard Coolio passed. I wasn't a big fan but I knew his 2 big songs and they're good dance songs. Fantastic Voyage official video is basically a beach dance party. I think its a good way to memorialize the summer of 2022 which also passed.

Another thing that passed is hurricane Ian. No damage for me, but I'm aware that a lot of people did have it much worse.

My activity was a walk out in the remnants of the storm. Its was breezy and drizzly. But I'm dedicated to my daily walk so I went out in it. Then I lifted weights and did 25 pushups.

25 pushups mean good performance in weight lifting, how many kg was it?

The dumbbells I lift are 15 to 30 pounds so something like 7 to 14 kg. Not a lot of weight but I mainly lift them to maintain muscle and not build more.
