My Actifit Report Card: October 4 2022 - Call Out My Name
I'm not really sure what's going on in the lyrics of this song and I don't really want to know. I find the chorus to be very catchy and the music is very up tempo. The drumming seems pretty metal as it drives the tune forward. The singer is female and there is some relation between this kind of music and symphonic metal bands like Nightwish and Sirenia which also have female vocalists.
With the synth organ being dominant we don't hear much guitar in this mix but it kicks in nicely with that tasty guitar break in the middle.
One last thing. If you don't know the 2 words in the name of the band please don't search them. Especially if you're about to go to sleep. You have been warned!
My activity was food shopping followed by a longish night time walk. The moon was out! Its about half full and cast a decent amount of light on this calm Autumn eve.
