I find Joe Blogs YouTube channel to be an informative source of news. He puts out a video every day. Many have been about the affect of the war. This video is a recap of the affects on the Russian economy from the war. I think things will be better in this world when this war ends.
MY ACTIVITY was my nightly walk. It was raining so I didn't walk very far.

I think the war had a bad impact on international finance and economy, sufferings not limited to only Russia and Ukraine. Following a regular YouTube channel for news and view sounds good. News make me panic so I try to ignore news as much possible.
You were closer to 7k and the activity number is good enough. I usually make 5k and rarely 7-10k. Have a nice Saturday!

At least, the death tolls are not outraging...
I pray for all the souls departed that they find peace....
I will check the video out as today is election in Nigeria and so it will be something good enough to take my time while waiting for my turn
