My Actifit Report Card: April 23 2023 - Just a Nice Walk

Its been a long but nice weekend. I went to a few parties, ate good food, danced a bit and listened to music. I got to see disco the cat today. I took pics but with my other phone.

The walk was my usual longer walk route. There was a sliver of moon up in the sky. It will be full in about 10 days. The temperature was in the 60s so I wore the hoodie mostly unzipped. I went to an area with stairs and climbed 40 of them.

Wish you a happy day friend. Having walk routine is very good for health. I also go for walk but can't practice daily due to my busy routine.

Unzipped hoodie sounds really cool, I wish I could see hahah! Long walk is good but the number is bellow 8k when it was closer to 10k. Come on! You can do it! Wish you a very happy Monday.

I guess there's time for everything, a time to work tirelessly and a time to relax as much as possible. Funny how we can't get enough of the latter.

Climbing stairs is really good exercise for many parts of the body especially for thighs and it's super easy. I have seen people try many different varients exercises with stairs. I myself experienced a huge impact of climbing stairs on my body.
