This is the 46th anniversary of the release of The Beatles famous album Sgt. Pepper. The album started with the song called Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band which introduced the band that the Beatles were role playing, complete with costumes. And you thought cosplay was a recent thing? 😄
The penultimate song was Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band Reprise. It's short but a bit more rocking than the first version.

MY ACTIVITY
was some cycling in the day to get some sun which finally showed itself. Then at night I took a nice walk under a big beautiful full moon. I also did 25 pushups, then 16 pushups standing at an angle against the wall. That position is good for the upper chest.

That's great. Having 25 push-ups, I think so nice. I also like bicycle ride. But I don't have such activity now. Having walk at night is good for healthy body and healthy mind.
